However, you are not permitted to use any of the features of our site that require the collection of any personally identifiable information. If we determine that we have erroneously collected a child’s information, we will immediately undertake to delete that data from our records.

KD Country has several different methods of payment available to our customers.

SHIPPING & RETURNS (100% Satisfaction and Guarantee)
Shipping Within Australia subject to postal cost at buyer expense. Certain remote destinations may incur extra freight cost, we reserve the right to quote on a freight forward basis.
Anticipated delivery times are 5-10 working days from receipt of payment. If the event the item you requested is out of stock, we will notify you via email and endeavour to get that item to you as soon as possible.
Returns Policy
KD Country takes pride in delivering good products to our customers and if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product you receive, just contact us by email within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
Please note:
We require that the customer arrange and pay for the return of the products to our return address instructed. The refund will be sent to you on receipt of the goods purchased in good condition back to our premises.
No refund will be made until the goods are received back to our nominated address nor will any refund be processed if the goods are damaged. We require that the goods be received within 7 days.
